After Selection

  1. Pick out new Eye Ball. Then knock out the jets you want.

  2. To knock out, hold new eye ball as shown in diagram (C) on a hard surface (a rag on paper towel will help prevent it from slipping) making a cup for the eye ball to set in, remember this sphere needs to keep stable.

Use a medium Philips screwdriver.

Important: Start screwdriver at an angle at the base of the jet to be knocked out.

The jet you want to knock out should be pointing straight up. Make sure the screw driver is inside the jet.

  1. Hold the Eye Ball to the cup of your hand, hold the screw driver with thumb + index finger.

  2. Now with the palm of other hand, tap down firmly. You will feel the screw driver penetrate the jet, if not, tap again until this is achieved. Ladies may want to use a hammer (the side works best) to tap the top of the screw driver.

  3. Repeat until all desired jets are knocked out and replace back in pool. If the threads on the out side ring are dry, lubricate threads with vasoline, baby oil, grease or aqua lube. Leave eye balls a little loose for final adjustment later.

  4. Do all returns, turn back on equipment and adjust for desired results. Start to turn time clock down. Note: Time the pump runs to filter.
